Great Podcast about StarWars

Love the name Children of the Watch, grew up on all of the movies and toys but this podcast fills in some blanks of information that I’ve either forgotten about or didn’t know about. Keeps getting better!

I’ve been listening to this podcast since the very beginning and these guys just keep evolving! The scene by scene breakdowns are amazing and it’s really nice that you appeal to us die hard fans as well as the casuals. When I talk to friends and family about the Star Wars tv shows and they have questions I always refer to this podcast. Keep it up fellas, keep the watch!

Fantastic podcast!

I’m always excited about a new episode of this podcast! It’s really helped me stay excited about something really close to my heart, especially during times when my mental health was making it difficult to care about things I really like. I’ve listened to several Star Wars podcasts, but this one is my favorite.

I’ve been listening to these guys since they first started! They do great breakdowns of Star Wars content, they’re always positive while still critiquing things that need to be critiqued, and they make the podcast feel like hanging out with your best Star Wars buds and getting into the nerdy details! I love these guys!

Found these guys when The Mandalorian was kicking off and haven’t missed anything they’ve done since. They certainty don’t fawn over everything coming out of Disney+, or agree with each other all the time, but Alex and Mac have so much fun with Star Wars and are so positive you can’t help get caught up. From in depth breakdowns to wild speculation it’s all here. If you want to get back to the fun of Star Wars this is your podcast!

Infectious Star Wars enthusiasm

With so many podcasts out there about Star Wars it can be easy to get lost in the noise trying to find one that really stands out. Happily, I stumbled on this pod a year or so back and find that I look forward to their scene by scene breakdowns of all things Star Wars television almost as eagerly as I look forward to the episodes they cover. These guys have a infectious enthusiasm that simply cannot be beat. So if you’re looking for a new SW podcast to listen to, stop. It’s this one. You found the best right here.

An underrated gem of a podcast

Alex and Mac are affable hosts with a friendly chemistry that makes this an enjoyable listen every time. In a sea of rage-baiting, this podcast is a beacon of good vibes even when the hosts don’t necessarily agree with each other or the SW material being presented. It may be more profitable and easy to lean into cynicism, but these guys are purely focused on having honest, thorough discussions on the ever-growing SW universe and the elements that bring them joy. Give them a listen!

Fantastic podcast

This is my favorite Star Wars podcast. A great mix of a ton of positivity and a little bit of kind but critical takes for this beloved universe. Also, they are great at connecting Star Wars tv with the rest of the canon in case you missed something.

The best!

We’ve been listening to Alex and Mac since Mandalorian Season 1 came out and we are also Patreon members. We never miss a show! They are the best family friendly Star Wars podcast out there. We watch their YouTube break downs together as a family and laugh along with them. One of the things I love best about the show is the fact that they are not salty fans. There is so much hate and discontent among the star wars fan base- but you won’t get that here. 100% recommend to all my friends!

I always look forward to this podcast every week after watching the latest episode of Star Wars TV. These guys are extremely knowledgeable about everything Star Wars and always make sure not to leave people behind when talking about anything outside of the nine major films and even then they’ll remind you and give you context. Excellent show!

Y’all need to listen to this podcast asap rocky

COTW is my favorite podcast. I went into watching Mando without a lot of prior Star Wars knowledge and wanted to know more about the lore so I searched for a podcast that would help me better understand and COTW came up. Since my first episode, I’ve religiously listened to everything and now have such a better grasp of the SW universe and all that’s happening with the live-action shows we’re getting. Plus, Mac and Alex are like friends to me now without them even knowing it. I can’t wait for Obi-Wan to come out in just a few weeks!
