Love this podcast. The guys are knowledgeable, consistent, and polite to all of their listeners. Their breakdowns and predictions really enhance the experience of watching The Mandalorian. I highly recommend this pod to all fans of the show!

OMG OMG OMG

OMG BOBA FETT IN HIS SUIT SO COOOOOOLL WITH FINICK OMG.AND BABY YODA OR GROGU throwing the storm troopers. 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢 and RIP Razer crest. Any the best episodes ever...... and knee canons. Soooo cool 😎 asomes episode. AND I HATE THE NAME IF THE EPISODE IT SPOILS ALOT OF STUFF.😒 but anyway keep going the opening music is ok keep going. PS I have a theory that when baba finds out that Mando is looking for Jedi he will fight mando because a Jedi killed jango.

Constantly hitting REFRESH

This is the greatest podcast! I had zero Star Wars background beyond I guess seeing the movies as part of pop culture. This podcast is like a culture and civilization course! It’s so thorough and entertaining and informative that is has heightened my viewing experience! Their clear appreciation for the show and the story rubs off on you and I had to listen to all of the back catalog and sign up to support them on Patreon.

Good podcast not great music

Enjoyable to listen to, the guys are clearly fans and knowledgeable and not annoying to listen to. I just don’t love the intro music but I’m an old curmudgeon.

My favorite podcast

I really enjoy the intro music, FYI. I like the conversation and the exchange of ideas. I like the humor and how they play around with potential theories. It is just like 2 good friends talking about something they really care about and enjoy. The hotline is a great idea!

Epic podcast

I was just rewatching the siege of mandalore in the clone wars and Ahsoka and bo katan do the forearm clasp too so it’s probably a mandalorian thing, sorry if I spelled any of that wrong.

Great Mandalorian podcast

Incredibly enjoyable podcast hosted by two guys who both have an in-depth knowledge and love of Star Wars. Their enthusiasm and heart shows in every episode, and their knowledge of the larger SW universe adds a lot of information for those of us who are more casual viewers/fans. Their weekly follow-up feedback episodes are a gracious and inclusive way of building a community around their podcast and the show, and my helmet is taken off in respect to them taking such care with their listeners. Thanks, Mac and Alex, for showing us the Way!

Love the Watch

Most Intelligent Star Wars Podcast in the Parsec

Thoughtful hosts who do their research. I really appreciate the analytical approach to the show, and it’s not just eavesdropping on two people socializing. A great show holds up to repeat listening and this is one of them. This is the way.

Grogu & The Mandalorians Relationship

I’m getting extreme mixed signals with their relationship. Especially since realizing that Grogu is not some helpless little child he is a knowledgeable man. It’s anyones guess what will happen I just hope the 2 of them and their friends remain unharmed.. I’m calling it now Grogu will have to use that little metal shifter knob ball to use for his first kill in order to save someone. I don’t care if it gets possibly corny I just hope it stays positively a lovable show.

Most Mandalorean podcast with hosts names alex and mac.

Loved this since finding it shortly after watchiong the first episode of the Mandalorian. They are so fun and enthuastic, and have built a fantastic community around the show which you get a taste of during the voicemail shows. So good i've spent the last day just figuring out how to set up an itunes account. (•_•)

These guys do a great job of breaking down the shows scene by scene. They make it easy to understand how the mandalorian fits in the Star Wars cannon. Also Mack has a stupid laugh and I love it lol

This is an amazing podcast for stars wars and Mandalorian fans! It’s a perfect companion to binge watching the show, and the hosts are hilarious! Mac is the bomb. Ignore the bad reviews from transphobes and enjoy a quality podcast!

Contagious Enthusiasm

After the first episode of The Mandalorian, I could tell it was full of Easter eggs that I didn’t catch, and the show was so good I wanted to absorb the whole experience, so I went looking for a podcast. Mac and Alex’s was much more than I’d hoped for. Not only did they have a scene by scene breakdown of Chapter 1, they had a whole archive of episodes walking through all the Mandalorian lore and a guide on catching up with all the Mandalorian representations throughout the Star Wars franchise. This was a gateway for me to Clone Wars and Rebels, and the hosts’ enthusiasm and love for the franchise was contagious and gave me a new appreciation even for the prequel trilogy.

Best mandalorian podcast around! Great community of fans.

What a great podcast. I only recently got into the show on Disney+, and have had so much fun listening to these podcast episodes as I watch the show. The hosts are all around great guys, and they do an excellent job explaining things to people (like me) who haven't read all the comics and books, or watched clone wars.

If you’re looking for a great breakdown of each episode of the Mandalorian, this is the show you’re looking for! Hosts Mac and Alex are two quality gentlemen who know what they’re talking about. They do it in a way that is relentlessly positive and anti-gatekeeping in every way. Their knowledge and passion is obvious to anyone who listens and they make it a priority to meet you where you’re at, whether you’ve only ever seen The Mandalorian or you’ve read every EU book. I can’t recommend them highly enough! This is the Way.

The best

I love what these guys are doing. I consider myself a pretty well versed Star Wars fan, but I knew nothing compared to these guys. They make it so easy for people who don’t understand all the Easter eggs and don’t make me feel stupid for not knowing. The explain everything in depth and they constantly keep explaining every episode for new user. Love this podcast!

Enjoying the Watch

What a great podcast. They do a scene by scene breakdown of each episode and also explain the backstory for new characters that appear in other expanded universe adventures.

Very Good but a little too self congratulatory

This is a really good podcast, with in depth knowledge from true fans. It strikes a good balance between recap and expansion on what we saw. My only knock, and it’s a big one, is that it’s super distracting for a host to laugh at every single thing he himself says. They’re good comments. But they don’t need a laugh track supplied by you yourself. It’s totally distracting and frustrating. Laugh at things OTHER people say. Sorry to criticize. But it’s driving me nuts.
